BMBF Projects

MECSware actively participates in several projects sponsored by Germany's Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), either as partner or associated partner.
The project target of TACNET 4.0 (2017-2021) was to provide highly reliable and real-time 5G networking for industry 4.0 - the tactile Internet for production, robotics and digitization of the industry. The MECSware campusXG system solution was used to demonstrate network QoS in an industrial environment.

Publications:
In the project OTB-5G+ (2019-2022), multiple network technologies in the context of 5G are being explored in an open testbed.
The objective of the project MOMENTUM (2019-2022) is to develop concepts and technologies for efficiently connecting emergency medical treatment with hospitals.
